MARCH 19: The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) successfully organized an Essay Writing Competition on various themes related to the Adolescence Education Program (AEP) and the School Health and Wellness Program (SHWP), both part of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme initiated by the Government of India. The event aimed to engage students in meaningful discussions around the health and education of adolescents, promoting awareness about their well-being.

The competition was open to students from class 6 to 12, from both government and private schools affiliated with JKBOSE. Additionally, the guidelines were made available to students through various online platforms, allowing easy access and encouraging widespread involvement. A total of 399 entries were received, with contributions from both government and private schools affiliated with JKBOSE. The essays were then evaluated by a panel of experts.
