Manoj Sinha LoC Visit: A Salute to the Brave Soldiers Protecting the Nation

Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha visited the Line of Control (LoC) in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir, to honor the brave soldiers of the Indian Army stationed there. He praised their unwavering courage and commitment to the nation’s security, calling them the “true guardians of Maa Bharati.”

During the visit, LG Sinha interacted with the troops and expressed his heartfelt gratitude for their service under extreme and challenging conditions. “India is safe because of your bravery. Your courage and sacrifice inspire every citizen of the country,” he said. The visit was aimed at boosting the morale of the soldiers and recognizing their crucial role in defending the borders.

LG Sinha noted that while civilians across India enjoy peace, the soldiers at the LoC stand firm day and night, facing constant threats. He assured the armed forces that the government stands fully committed to their welfare and support.

The Lieutenant Governor also reviewed security arrangements and operational readiness along the border. Senior officers from the Army briefed him on the current situation, including recent cross-border activities and preparedness measures.

In his message, LG Sinha emphasized the strong bond between citizens and soldiers. He called the Indian Army a symbol of national pride and discipline. “The entire country salutes your service. You are the real strength of India,” he added.

Apart from saluting their courage, LG Sinha reaffirmed the administration’s support for soldiers’ families, especially those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. He mentioned ongoing efforts to improve facilities and benefits for serving and retired personnel.
