AUG 18: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav met Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in New Delhi today to discuss developmental priorities and ongoing initiatives in the state. The meeting, held at the Prime Minister’s Office, focused on key areas of governance and progress in Madhya Pradesh, with both leaders emphasising the importance of accelerating growth and welfare programmes for the people.
The interaction covered a range of important issues related to infrastructure development, social welfare schemes, and future policy initiatives aimed at strengthening Madhya Pradesh’s overall development. Dr Yadav briefed the Prime Minister about the state’s efforts in improving healthcare, education, and agricultural sectors, as well as various reforms undertaken to boost employment and industrial growth.
The Prime Minister appreciated the state government’s efforts and reiterated the Centre’s commitment to extending full support for the timely execution of projects and schemes. He emphasised that sustained collaboration between the Centre and the State would help in achieving long-term growth objectives and lead to better service delivery at the grassroots level.
