UDHAMPUR, APRIL 07: The Career Counselling, Guidance and Placement Cell of Government College for Women, Udhampur organised an awareness seminar on the Common University Entrance Test Examination (CUET) in collaboration with Bharatiya College of Education, Udhampur. Dr Monika Sharma, Principal of the college, was the chief guest on the occasion.
While addressing the audience, Dr Monika encouraged students to prepare themselves better for CUET with the relevant information imparted. She affirmed that the college would continue to organise such events in future and that the Career Counselling, Guidance and Placement Cell would receive full support for organising events to keep students aware of changes in the examination system.
Jyoti Bala, the resource person on the occasion, made students aware of the different aspects of the Common University Entrance Test Examination (CUET), ranging from filling out the form to the approach required to crack the examination.
More than 150 students attended the lecture and actively participated in the programme.
The seminar was supervised by Jugal Kishore, Convenor of the Career Counselling, Guidance and Placement Cell.
The formal vote of thanks was given by Mushtaq Ahmed, a member of the CCGP Cell. Arun Gupta, Amit Kumar and Sumit Sharma, other members of the CCGP Cell, were also present on the occasion.
