DODA, APRIL 15: Deputy Commissioner Doda Vishesh Mahajan today sensitised the officers about the timely disposal of the online grievances forwarded to them by DC office.
The DC directed the district heads of line departments not to act mere as post office and look into the genuineness of the reply submitted by their subordinate offices.
The DC also interacted with the complainants and responding officers virtually and discussed the issue/grievance in depth. He emphasized on timely and quality disposal of grievances and asked the Grievance Cell of DC office to inform the nodal officer of the response received and disparities if any therein.
The Nodal Officer was asked to take the cognizance of the non-genuine responses and review the status fortnightly. The DC also decided to review the status on monthly basis henceforth.
