MARCH 24:In a moment of immense pride for Jammu & Kashmir, Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo was honored with the prestigious Diamond States Award at the grand finale of the Diamond States Summit 2025, organized by News18 India. The award was presented by Jyoti Kamal, Managing Editor of News18 India, in recognition of J&K’s exceptional performance in governance, development, and progressive initiatives over the past few years.

Dulloo attributed this growth to the introduction of new connectivity measures, such as tunnels, highways, railways, and enhanced air connectivity, which have made the region more accessible to tourists.

He assured that the administration would continue to work tirelessly to ensure a brighter and more prosperous future for the people of Jammu & Kashmir.
