JAMMU, July 17: Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet Minister Satish Sharma on Thursday inaugurated several development projects in the Chhamb area and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to accelerating infrastructure and public welfare initiatives in Tehsil Kharah Balli.
Addressing a public gathering during the inauguration ceremony, the minister said the newly launched projects would provide fresh momentum to the region’s development and improve the quality of life for local residents. He emphasized that the government is committed to ensuring balanced growth by strengthening essential infrastructure and expanding public services.
Speaking to the gathering, Sharma said the development of Kharah Balli would continue at a faster pace, with several new projects in the pipeline. He highlighted that the administration is working to improve connectivity, civic amenities, and other basic facilities to meet the aspirations of the people.
The minister noted that public participation remains crucial for the successful implementation of development programmes. He urged residents to actively support government initiatives and work collectively to ensure that welfare schemes reach every eligible beneficiary.
