SEP 15:The Ministry of Ayush has successfully concluded Special Campaign 4.0, reaffirming its commitment to efficiency, transparency, and clean governance. Running from November 2024 to August 2025, the campaign was part of a broader government initiative aimed at enhancing public service delivery by addressing pending matters and improving the working environment within ministries and institutions.

As part of the campaign, the Ministry of Ayush achieved substantial results. Notably, it disposed of 1,116 public grievances and 121 public grievance appeals, showcasing its dedication to responsive and citizen-centric governance. In addition, the Ministry cleared 56 references from Members of Parliament, 12 Parliamentary Assurances, 9 references from State Governments, and 10 PMO references, demonstrating an all-around commitment to administrative efficiency.

These efforts have placed the Ministry among the Top 10 Central Ministries in grievance redressal performance, a significant recognition of its consistent, proactive approach to resolving public concerns. This ranking reflects not only operational effectiveness but also growing public trust in the Ministry’s governance model.

Looking forward, the Ministry is gearing up for Special Campaign 5.0, which will place stronger emphasis on sustainability, cleanliness, and robust grievance mechanisms. The upcoming campaign will mobilize Ayush institutions, national organizations, and research councils to conduct cleanliness drives across campuses, herbal gardens, public areas, and community spaces.

Senior officials will lead the way by initiating targeted activities at Ayush Bhawan and nearby zones, setting an example for institutional leadership and accountability. The initiative is also aligned with the government’s larger vision of building a cleaner, efficient, and waste-free India.

By streamlining operations and strengthening public interaction, the Ministry continues to reinforce its role as a pillar of transparent and citizen-first administration.
