December 12: In a significant step towards enhancing the spiritual experience of pilgrims, the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) has dedicated an exclusive ‘Sadhana Kaksh’ at Vaishno Devi Bhawan for the spiritual growth and comfort of devotees.
The facility has been established as per the directions of the Hon’ble Chairman, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, reaffirming the Board’s continued commitment to improving pilgrim amenities while preserving the sanctity of the holy shrine.
A Sacred Space for Meditation and Reflection
Located beneath the Ram Mandir on the exit cave route, the newly inaugurated Sadhana Kaksh offers devotees a serene environment designed specifically for meditation, contemplation and inner reflection. The space has been thoughtfully developed to allow pilgrims to pause, rejuvenate and connect spiritually after completing their sacred journey to the Holy Cave Shrine.
The Shrine Board stated that the Sadhana Kaksh aims to promote peace, positivity and spiritual mindfulness, enabling devotees to experience a deeper sense of devotion and tranquility in the divine surroundings of Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan.
