24 March, JAMMU: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday announced that appointment letters have been handed over to the families of terror victims and the next of kin (NoKs) of government employees who lost their lives in the line of duty.

Paying tribute to the victims, the Lieutenant Governor expressed deep respect and solidarity with the affected families, acknowledging their sacrifices and resilience.
