Kupwara, March 25: The District Administration Kupwara has finalized arrangements for the second phase of Manasik-e-Haj training for selected Haj pilgrims of the district. The initiative aims to prepare pilgrims with essential knowledge and guidance required for performing the sacred pilgrimage.

According to the official schedule, the training sessions will be conducted at two प्रमुख locations to ensure maximum participation from different tehsils.

The first session will be held on March 28, 2026 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM at Markazi Jamia Masjid Kupwara. This session will cater to pilgrims from multiple tehsils, including Kupwara, Trehgam, Kralpora, Keran, Karnah, Machil, Sogam, Lalpora, and Drugmulla.

The second session is scheduled for March 30, 2026 (Monday) at 10:00 AM at Jamia Masjid Jadeed Handwara. Pilgrims from Handwara, Zachaldara, Ramhall, Langate, Kralgund, Vilgam, and Qalamabad will attend this training programme.

Officials stated that the Manasik-e-Haj training plays a crucial role in helping pilgrims understand the rituals, procedures, and guidelines associated with the Haj journey. The sessions will provide step-by-step guidance on performing various religious rites, ensuring that pilgrims are well-prepared both spiritually and practically.

The administration has urged all selected pilgrims to attend the training sessions as per their respective locations and timings. Authorities emphasized that participation in these sessions will help avoid confusion during the pilgrimage and ensure a smooth and organized experience.

Special arrangements are being made at both venues to facilitate a comfortable learning environment for the attendees. Religious scholars and experts are expected to guide the pilgrims and address their queries during the sessions.

The District Administration reiterated its commitment to providing all necessary support to Haj pilgrims and ensuring that they are adequately prepared for one of the most significant spiritual journeys of their lives.
