OCT 11: The Director of Colleges, J&K, Dr. Sheikh Ajaz Bashir, has announced the extension of the admission deadline for students who passed the Class 12 Annual Private/Biannual 2025 session. The new last date for admissions is now October 14, 2025.
The extension applies to Four-Year Undergraduate Programs (FYUGP) with multiple-exit options, offered across various degree colleges in Jammu & Kashmir. Admissions will be conducted against leftover vacant seats for the 2025-2026 academic session.
This decision comes in response to multiple representations from students requesting additional time to complete their admissions. All other terms and conditions of the admission process remain unchanged. Students are advised to complete their admissions before the revised deadline to secure their seats.
