NOV 17: Jammu & Kashmir Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Elections, Javid Ahmad Dar, visited Nowgam and Natipora to offer his condolences to the families affected by the recent explosion at the Nowgam Police Station. The tragic incident claimed the lives of Mohd Shafi and Suhail Ahmad Rather, leaving their families and local communities devastated.
During his visit, the Minister met the bereaved families individually, expressing deep sorrow over their loss. He conveyed heartfelt sympathies on behalf of the government and assured them that the administration stands firmly with them during this painful time. Dar emphasized that the government will extend every possible form of assistance, ensuring that the affected families receive timely support without any procedural delays.
He acknowledged the immense emotional and economic distress caused by the tragedy and reiterated the government’s commitment to helping the families navigate this difficult period. The Minister also highlighted the responsibility of the administration to provide relief and ensure that all necessary measures are taken to support those impacted.
