DEC 30 : Minister Satish Sharma has lauded the Bharat Scouts and Guides, Jammu and Kashmir UT Branch, for their significant contribution towards nurturing disciplined, responsible and service-oriented citizens. Emphasising the organisation’s role in shaping the character of young minds, the Minister reaffirmed the government’s strong commitment to supporting youth-centric initiatives across the Union Territory.
Addressing members of the Scouts and Guides, the Minister said that organisations like these play a vital role beyond formal education by instilling values such as discipline, leadership, teamwork and social responsibility among the youth.
