AUG 24: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has extended warm greetings to the nation and the Sikh community worldwide on the sacred occasion of the Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
In his message, the Prime Minister said that the timeless teachings enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji continue to guide humanity, illuminating lives across the globe. He underlined that these teachings remind us of the core values of compassion, humility, and service, which are essential for building a just and harmonious society.
Shri Modi further noted that the divine wisdom of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji inspires people to strengthen the spirit of unity and brotherhood. He expressed confidence that the holy scripture will continue to serve as a beacon of hope and guide generations toward a path of peace and togetherness.
Sharing his greetings in a post on social media platform X, the Prime Minister wrote:
