20 June: BHUBANESWAR: Prime Minister Narendra Modi joined President Droupadi Murmu in Odisha for the inauguration and foundation laying of development projects worth more than ₹47,600 crore, marking a major push towards infrastructure development, industrial growth, and public welfare in the state.
The projects span multiple sectors, including transportation, railways, roads, energy, urban development, education, and social infrastructure. Officials said the initiatives are expected to strengthen Odisha’s economic potential, generate employment opportunities, and improve the quality of life for residents across the state.
