OCT 31: On the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas 2025, officers and staff of the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MoWCD) took the Integrity Pledge, reaffirming their dedication to uphold the unity, integrity, and security of the nation.
The observance marks the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the “Iron Man of India,” whose efforts were instrumental in uniting the country after Independence. The pledge ceremony served as a reminder of his vision for a strong and cohesive India, inspiring officials to work with transparency, accountability, and national pride.
Through this initiative, the Ministry reiterated its commitment to promoting ethical governance and contributing to nation-building by fostering values of honesty, unity, and collective responsibility among its workforce.
