AUG 26: Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, addressed the Convocation Ceremony of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The event was presided over by Shri Arif Mohammed Khan, Hon’ble Governor of Bihar.
In his address, the Lieutenant Governor congratulated the university management, faculty, staff, and graduating students, extending his best wishes for their future endeavors. He commended the institution for its role in shaping young minds and contributing to higher education in the region.
Highlighting the role of youth in nation-building, Shri Sinha urged students to embrace two essential qualities—a positive mindset for change and the courage to achieve greater goals. He emphasized that optimism, coupled with courage, enables young people to overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and create lasting impact in society.
He further stated that the youth of India hold the key to driving transformation across sectors, and by adopting these values, they can contribute significantly to the country’s progress and development.
The convocation also witnessed the conferment of degrees and honors upon graduating students in recognition of their academic achievements.
