Jammu and Kashmir has achieved the third position at the national level under Mission Karmayogi during the recently held Sadhana Saptah, reflecting significant strides in administrative reforms and capacity building.
The recognition highlights the Union Territory’s focused approach towards improving governance through continuous learning and skill development among government officials. The award was presented at a national event held in New Delhi, where leading states and Union Territories were acknowledged for their performance.
Officials attributed the achievement to the effective rollout of training initiatives under the capacity-building framework, which emphasizes competency-based learning and digital empowerment of civil servants. A large number of officials from Jammu & Kashmir have actively participated in online courses and training modules designed to enhance their efficiency and service delivery.
