SRINAGAR, Mar 20: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today said there is a need to deal strictly with those elements who try to break the “morale of the society”.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of 71st B.N Mullik Memorial All India Police Football Championship at Bakshi Stadium here, Sinha said there will be an economic revolution in J&K in the days to come.
