APRIL 05: In a vibrant celebration of language, culture, and literary excellence, the 3rd Memorial Gulshan Seminar was आयोजित at K.L. Saigal Hall, bringing together some of the most respected voices in Punjabi literature alongside young aspiring learners.
Organised by the Dr. Gurcharan Singh Gulshan Trust in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, the event reflected a strong commitment toward preserving and promoting the Punjabi language in an evolving cultural landscape.
