JAN : 7 Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Upendra Dwivedi today addressed officers of the UAE National Defence College (NDC), delivering an insightful overview of the rapidly evolving global security environment and the changing character of modern conflicts. The interaction reflected the deepening defence engagement between India and the United Arab Emirates and underscored the shared commitment of both nations towards regional and global peace.
In his address, General Dwivedi highlighted how contemporary security challenges are increasingly shaped by technological advancements, hybrid threats and multi-domain operations.
