NOV 20:A delegation from the Shri Lakshmi Narayan Temple Management Trust, Gandhi Nagar Jammu, led by its President V.K. Abrol, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in Jammu today. The meeting provided an opportunity for the Trust representatives to present various matters related to the temple’s functioning, ongoing developmental needs, and areas requiring administrative attention.
President V.K. Abrol, along with senior members of the Trust, apprised the Lieutenant Governor of the initiatives undertaken for the upkeep, management, and facilitation of pilgrims and devotees visiting the historic temple. They also briefed him on the Trust’s efforts to enhance amenities, streamline services, and ensure a safe and spiritually enriching environment for visitors.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha appreciated the Trust’s dedication toward maintaining one of Jammu’s prominent religious institutions and acknowledged its role in supporting cultural and spiritual harmony. He assured the delegation that the administration remains committed to facilitating the smooth functioning of such important places of worship and will extend necessary support wherever required.
The meeting concluded with the LG encouraging continued collaboration between the Trust and the administration to further strengthen facilities and ensure an improved experience for devotees.
